AOGS Monthly Meet
Date & Time: Thursday, 12th Feb. 2026, 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Venue: Hall Tangerine First Floor, Hotel Lemon Tree, Marris Road, Aligarh
This monthly academic meeting organized by the Aligarh Obs and Gynae Society brings together obstetricians, gynaecologists, pediatric specialists, and healthcare professionals for an insightful educational session focused on the important and increasingly relevant topic of precocious and early puberty in girls. Designed to encourage evidence-based learning and collaborative discussion, the event provides a valuable platform for medical professionals to explore the condition from a practical gynecologist’s perspective while sharing real-world clinical experiences and challenges faced in patient care.
The scientific session is led by an expert speaker with extensive experience in the field, who will discuss the causes, clinical presentation, diagnostic evaluation, hormonal assessment, psychological implications, and management approaches associated with early puberty in young girls. The discussion aims to provide participants with practical guidance on identifying warning signs, differentiating normal developmental variations from pathological conditions, and determining appropriate referral and treatment pathways. Moderators and senior faculty members further enrich the session through case-based discussions, interactive questioning, and expert commentary that promote deeper clinical understanding and professional exchange.
A key objective of the meeting is to create an environment that encourages active participation and meaningful dialogue among practitioners. Attendees are given the opportunity to discuss patient scenarios, raise clinical concerns, and engage in conversations about evolving guidelines and multidisciplinary approaches to adolescent gynecological care. Such academic interactions help strengthen diagnostic confidence, improve decision-making, and ultimately contribute to better patient outcomes and holistic care for young girls and their families.
The program is followed by a Continuing Medical Education (CME) session and an informal networking gathering over high tea, allowing participants to continue conversations in a relaxed and collegial atmosphere. These interactions help foster stronger professional relationships, encourage mentorship, and promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences among members of the medical community.
By combining academic learning, expert-led discussion, and professional networking, the session reflects the society’s continued commitment to advancing women’s and adolescent healthcare through education, collaboration, and continuous medical development.
