The Aligarh Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society (AOGS) organized a Scientific Meeting to promote evidence-based clinical practice and continuous professional development among healthcare providers. Medical Management of Endometriosis: Role of Elagolix,” highlighting recent advances in the treatment of endometriosis. The discussion emphasized the role of Elagolix as an effective oral GnRH antagonist in reducing endometriosis-associated pain, improving quality of life, and offering a non-surgical treatment option for appropriately selected patients.
The Federation of Obstetric & Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), through Project ADHUNA (Advancing Delivery of Healthcare through Upgraded Newborn and Intrapartum Care Approaches), conducted the second phase of its Continuing Professional Development (CPD 2.0) programme to strengthen healthcare providers’ capacities in the prevention and management of preterm births. Designed around a continuum-of-care approach, the initiative equips doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff with updated clinical guidance and practical skills across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, and neonatal care.
